I've always wondered... do Equids make regular horse noises or do they sound more like a zebra?

Good question... I would think somethign more like Prewalksi horses

Personality: Wild, fun loving and resourceful. Iridescence loves the great outdoors and takes good weather to his advantage. He is all inspiring, and brave, loving to race with other equids when he gets the chance.
Why you'd like him: His patterns just popped out at me, and caught my attention. The colors work together well and he is just gorgeous. He has a Fiery look to him, it reminds me of a song I listened to so much when I was younger and that inspired his name. He reminds me of a desert and just fire, his design is so powerful. I really cant describe it clearly.

They do use sound for communication, mainly during mating season. It is similar to a cross between the sounds of donkies and horses. They nicker to summon foals and "scream" for danger. Nickering is also used within a heard to help identify members and to check they are still in the herd.

Why you'd like him: Wow, first off, his coat is just amazing. And I rather like the personality Ive given him XD. And he would be such a great equid to draw with his flashy colors.
