This is one of the best designs I've created so far. 83 I love her so much but she's up for adoption! To win her, you have to make a FrillFire stamp using a free standard sized 99x56 pixel stamp (The same size of the ones in my signature, you can probably find free templates on DeviantArt). I will then use the winner's stamp to advertise FrillFires. ^_^

1. The use of a standard 99x56 pixel stamp template.
2.The overall quality of the stamp.

Tip: Be sure to include stuff like art, fancy fonts, or animations! Don't just do boring Times New Roman font text! c;
