She was born outside of the tribe, but her mother and father left her with them for her own safety. She has a little sister, Tea (Tay-uh), but she is not part of the tribe and Navie hasn't seen her since she was a cub. She was happy to join the tribe, and treats them as if they were family. Navie's not fond of the Hyenas and, on her first fight with them, was nearly killed. Since then, she has become more brave in the face of her enemies, refusing to have the rest of her tribemates come as close to death as she did.
