Whenever in need of relaxation, Aster likes nothing more than to go to his favorite, usually deserted beach at dusk and take a small stroll as the waves calmly lap around him. He enjoys the feel of the soft and squishy sand around his paws, whilst observing the iridescent shades of red and purple in the sky and the shimmering sunset until it completely fades from view. No matter how many times Aster watches the sunset, it's always as if he sees it for the first time, and it always manages to wash away his worries as if it were simply just the waves sloshing to and fro on the shore.

Sometimes, Aster also brings along his sketchbook and headphones and starts sketching away, letting his imagination run wild, drawing the lone palm trees swaying in the wind to the pretty and ornate seashells he finds hidden in the waves as calming music fills his ears. Discovering this beach back in his childhood, Aster found himself always returning back to this mini paradise in order to escape from the stress in his life. This beach is an escape, an oasis of calm for him.

how do they relax?; Eileen relaxes by expressing herself through art. If shes mad and needs to relax, she will whip out a paper or canvas and splash her feelings on it. Some of her art has been sold for hundreds of dollars. Her most famous one called "4o." Being a painting of a messy broken circuit board which she made when she was sad. Some art on paper she made was quite popular as well. Once in awhile she may make clay figurines and scrapbook.

how do they relax?; he loves to collect things, so when he is stressed or wants to relax he loves to get his little pouch and go out and explore, usually collecting shells he finds on a nearby beach or find butterflies and put them in jars and take care of them. (Max 200 words)

how do they relax?; When his anxiety reaches its climax, he does very specific breathing exercises, then goes to a quiet place and draws. Where he has access to one, he will sit with a colouring book and colour in for as long as it takes him to calm down. He's also found reading, listening to loud music and watching his favourite shows on Netflix to be really great ways of relaxing on those days where anxiety just doesn't seem to want to quit. He also loves to take walks through the woods, and occasionally he'll climb trees to be physically on top of the world, even if he doesn't feel on top of the world emotionally.

HOW DOES HE RELAX?
Destry was raised in a very refined and high-end environment. He doesn’t usually do strenuous activities, but he does enough for himself to be well simulated.
He rarely gets any downtime because of his work, which requires a lot of travelling. He doesn’t usually let his tiredness get to him, and it isn’t obvious when he does. If he doesn’t get enough rest, however, he could have a breakdown and show his snobby and overbearing self.
When he does have his blessed downtime, he makes the most of it. He usually does gymnastics/acrobatics in the private gym, or he takes a stroll and collects seashells on the coast of his vacation home.

Poe is usually a pretty chill guy. He doesn't speak much, and when he does, he speaks quietly. His way of relaxing might seem kind of complex to you, but it's by far one of his favorite things to do.

First, he heats up a blanket in the dryer. Then, he grabs the book he's reading (which changes often), and settles down on his bed and turns on a "peaceful piano" playlist on spotify. He then begins to read, and doesn't stop for quite a long time. He enjoys getting sucked into fictional worlds. On occasion, he will even drink some hot apple cider while he reads, very careful not to spill any on the delicate pages.

Sometimes, he'll curl up in his blanket with his phone instead of a paper book, because he likes to read wattpad stories, too!

how do they relax?; This little bird loves to sing out its troubles and smack it's feets around. A bit childish but a soothing way to relax is to let out that meant up energy. Even if that means screaming into a paper towel roll and watching videos of pet birds doing the same.

XXXXXAiden was a quiet fellow, generally keeping to himself most days,
afraid to interact with people, worried they wouldn't hear his soft voice.
He often likes to sit alone in his home, cuddled under the soft and fluffy
blankets fresh out of the drier. When content, his vermilion colored
cheeks would puff up ever so slightly.
XXXXXTo keep himself relaxed, he would enjoy a small cup of
chamomile tea, paired with a few orange slices, and a good book he
could keep his nose buried in all day. Nothing made him happier.

how do they relax? ;;
When Tot wants to relax he makes feather jewelry. He runs a small parrot sanctuary out of his home, where he takes in trouble birds or birds that have outlived their owners. He works closely with the birds but there are times when he's overwhelmed by the sheer number of them and depressed by the ones he has to turn down for want of space, and in these times he wanders the aviaries to find discarded feathers.
He chooses mostly tail feathers and the longer flight feathers and pays close attention to color; and when he is satisfied with what he has found he weaves them into intricate designs. He creates a hyacinth fan that dangles from a necklace chain, a bouquet of macaw reds and canary golds for earrings, a ring studded with parrotlet blue.
The work requires patience and a keen eye, and thankfully Tot has both. He loses himself in the monotony of conceiving new designs and it allows him to take a second to breathe. He is often stressed due to the tenacious financial situation of the sanctuary but the jewelry sales help, so he doesn't have to feel guilty for giving himself an afternoon off.
