It was a bright and beautiful day that Amai decided to do his shopping a day earlier than usual.
Walking into the store a sudden burst of commotion caught his attention.

rushing toward a small aisle Amai saw a small child sitting in the cart in tears as their mother frantically tried to calm them down. Suddenly the child let out a shrill scream that seemed to echo throughout the store.

Before another moment could pass a tall male Kalon who was already standing in the aisle turned to face her with a stern glare. "can't you keep that thing quiet!" I-I'm sorry! I'm so sorry everyone! Shhh calm down sweetie please stop... Please" "If you can't manage your own child then maybe you shouldn't have children in the--" "Excuse me!"
"?" Turning around the male and the mother both seemed surprised at Amai's sudden intrusion. "I'm sorry to interrupt, but sir... I believe your being incredibly rude to this woman. If the sound is bothering you I suggest you continue on with your shopping and come to this aisle later." Before another word could be spoken Amai slowly turned towards the child and gave a gentle smile before proceeding to calm them down with a gentle melody from his phone.

"Why did you do that? I mean why would you help me? Surely you were annoyed as well?"
Without answering her question Amai gave her a gentle smile before taking her hand "Please enjoy the rest of your day ma'am."

It's not everyday you fish a boy out of the river.

It happened when she was just a girl. Summers were something she always looked forward to. The hottest season of the year was always perfect for her family to go out fishing. She loved fishing very much. And on this particular day, she had a whole lot of company. Not just her family, or her extended family. The feral cats had come to the opposite bank as well. The big fluffy white one with the orange eyes was very adorable.

That's around when she heard the big splash. She'd assumed it was just a large fish until she hooked an entire carton of strawberry on her line. She jumped up from her spot to see a boy floundering in the current with large paper bags from the local supermarket. Unlike a girl like her who'd been swimming in the river river her whole life, he could hardly keep his head above water. Let alone get back to land. She ran over and set her catch on the bank, jumping into the river to help him out. He was fine. Soaked and very embarrassed, but fine. Aside from the strawberries, he appeared to have most of his groceries too.

"Want help bringing the groceries home?"

He blushed and stammered. "Um, s-sure?"
