Does this mean people who don't own a WOI can't adopt anymore? Or does that mean that every WOI will be a free-for-all for any person (WOI owner and non-owner) from now on?

It basically means that this litter will be the last litter that non-owners can try out for. And no, the species won't become an open species. From what I've understood, there'll be no more adopts until December at least. The adopts that are up right now are the only ones that'll be available 'till then. :)

Well I didn't mean like an open species I meant like if another WOI was to be put up for adoption non-owners and owners could apply for it.
