Nardo won't be the pretiest khim or the most complex, but I really like him. Because he is inspired in a buckskin KWPN gelding I was going to buy. I leased Nardo for a year and a half and when I contacted the owner to buy it, he told me that Nardo had been sold. I cried for days, I was debastated but life keep going. So I named this khim in Nardo's honour.

we have a little gelding in our stable i would wish to buy, but i will never have enough money to do so and i know he will be gone someday, his brother is already sold. It's hard because he is so affected to me, he is very shy but he always comes to me to get his little affection

Yes , I was veeeery sad but I know that he will be in good hands and with someone that loves him as I did in the past.
Also I'm sad for you Neri, that sensation...You can be with him, touch him, feel him....but you know that it isn't going to last forever. But at least, you can enjoy the present with him...and you know... everything is possible

and yes it's hard like that
but i have a horse i care for and ride twice a week, i love him just as much and know i will have him for years if nothing comes between us ^^
it just pains when you see the horse you wanted to buy in the past. i knew him since he was 2 years old and decided to buy him when i finished my training, but then so many things happened and i know i will never be able to get enough money to care for him and now he is 4 and i slowly need to live with the thought that he will be someone elses horse soon. i don't even know if he will stay and i can continue showing him affection or if he will move away when sold
