personality and quirks: Fenway is sneaky, growing up in a group of thieves, he quickly learned to not trust everyone.
That everything is not what it seems. He's cunning, and ambitious. Fenway will not hesitate to rise to leadership if necessary, that's what he was taught. He adores nature, you can often find him lounging about in a tree. He's curt, tries to hide his emotions but is extremely emotional. Bad with people, he hates being touched. Never touch him unless you want your arm broken. Finds nature more easy to understand. Makes clicks with his tongue, mimics sounds he hears. Often rocks back and forth- fidgeting. Stealing helps him calm his nerves. Fenway often puts things in his mouth. Giggles a lot, snorts when extremely happy, nose crinkles when laughing.

The Noland Faction insignia.

The faction Fenway is apart of, and always has been. They're the nastiest group of assassins and thieves you'll meet. Sure, they'll kill or thieve from someone... For a price.

Born into this faction, Fenway was often used for stealing items. Having a small body, he could easily go into places the grown Kalons couldn't. He grew up squeezing into tight places and fetching jewelry, guilt tripping people into giving him their gold and other valuables. Fenway comes from a group of ruthless people, with no care for people other than themselves.
While growing, got into many fights and scuffles for food, money, and for fun. Sometimes getting in trouble, not like he cared. Getting in trouble means you can also get to become leader. Which is all he dreamed of being. He quickly grew to the top of the Noland faction, only a few ranks away from becoming leader. He was a Deputy's Apprentice. One the leader died, the deputy became leader, then the deputy's apprentice becomes deputy, and so on. Many people despised him for this, and often people tried to kill him to rise to leadership also. But his training prepared him for this, and he would win every time. By all means, Fenway isn't someone you should play with.
Once he reached adulthood, Fenway mellowed out somewhat. Now deputy of the Noland Faction. He wants more. Not power, heavens no. He wants more riches, more.. life. He hasn't fulfilled his desires, and he's the deputy now. Free time doesn't exist in his vocabulary anymore. Not to mention Kalons will surely try to kill him in order to get his title. He panicked, fleeing to a city by the name of Whitestead, he hid, taking on the persona of 'William'. Keeping on the down low, he met a farmer by the name of Shirley.
The two quickly became friends, she let him hide in refuge on her farm, for the price of helping out with the animals and harvesting the crop. Living on a farm was a simple life. You get up, tend to the crops and animals, and then you have free time. God, it felt nice to finally relax after all the stress of being a deputy of one of the land's largest factions.

Fenway realized after quite some time, you can't hide from your problems. You have to own up to your mistakes and face them head on. He bid Shirley goodbye and set out to find the Noland Faction camp. He was still deputy, that he knew of. He desired to have all the riches, being able to take things whenever he can.. Well, that's what he's been told he should desire, ever since he learned to speak. Fenway was starting to have second thoughts. He was starting to panic, did he want to become leader? Or did he want to lead a normal life with his best friend Shirley? He honestly didn't know. This was all very confusing to him.
He found himself at the Noland Faction camp, surrounding by his peers. They looked angry. Fenway felt small, and the more they stared at him the smaller he got. Suddenly, they all laughed, welcoming him and drinking ale. He was the leader of the Noland Faction.

Finally...?

This wasn't as great as he thought it would be. Sure, he got to sit in a big chair surrounded by riches and everything he ever wanted but... Why does he still feel empty?
He thought back to Shirley. God, he missed her. She was so sweet, unlike the friends he had in the Faction...
Fenway knows what to do.

From then on, he slyly sends some of his riches to the poor, to Shirley. The Kalon that helped him come to his senses. Sure, he still has a cold exterior, and is a thief and assassin, but it helps him rest easy at night knowing that some Kalon out there was able to afford an extra loaf of bread.

He still will take the occasional contract to assassinate someone, or steal from someone. Hey, he didn't throw away all of his bandit ideology.
