Thus pride flag represents my bisexuality due to the bisexual themed flag in the background. However, you will notice it’s a bit more pink, there’s not that navy blue in the classical bisexual flag. Rather it’s a bit more purple, respresenting that I lean more towards girl and feminine expressing individuals. It’s a gradient of sorts, meant to represent that my sexuality is “blurred,” or fluid. For me personally, I’ve always identified as bisexual, however I’m starting to feel as though I may be pan, which is part of the reason for the yellow stripe on the heart in the middle, as well as the first pink stripe, which are both colors from the pan flag, symbolizing that I’m still questioning, and figuring myself out. The yellow also represents optimism for the future- for the day when I’ve moved out, and I can hopefully come out to my parents, or just to the world, because I’m not sure my parents would be so accepting. The orange represents creativity, which I feel as though is a large part of my identity, creating. Finally the purple stripe in the heart represents self-awareness and spirituality. This reflects on another huge part of my identity, which is my spirituality, as well as the fact that I’m still figuring myself out, and I’m okay with that.

outer border - trans flag, representing my stability in my mind with the fact that i am trans.

rainbow inside - the first lgbt+ flag i experienced in my life, and showing my leaning towards males in my attraction, dulled slightly to go with a sad tone, as I feel guilty about how i went from what most would call 'full bi' to what i am now due to a bit of scorn from people in my life connected to the community.

cracks - the bi flag, the one i connected to before and now, though it upsets me sometimes due to my past romantic errors all involving a certain gender. i tend to not think about it too much now due to my lovely boyfriend <3. Also connected to the rainbow coloration by most not seeing that side of me, going to just label me as 'basically gay'

Boardering flags (rainbow, trans, pan and bi) - these flags represent my friends of whom I hold dearly to my heart! So many of them are apart of the LGBT community and I don't know what I would do without them, hence why they need to be apart of the flag that represents me.
Lesbian heart/flag - In the center, the bigger heart is my own identity, being a lesbian!
Inside heart - Encased by the lesbian heart, this heart represents me on a more in-depth level and my journey through finding myself! The first three bands of colors, purple blue and yellow, all represent my initial confusion about my identity including my gender. For several years I have struggled to find the right identity to suit me and fought through my internalized homophobia and have accepted my identity as a lesbian this year! The colors are pastel to resemble hope through my search. The first pink band on the bottom represents love, the second pride/acceptance, and the dark pink band on the bottom strength and perseverance - three principles that are important to me.
White band - Last but not least, the white band in the middle! This ultimately represents unity across the LGBT community and the diverse identities it contains, something that I value immensely!
