Prompt: Godfather slowly looks down at the small candy citizen, looming over them. He gives a harsh stare before deciding to sit down, deeming himself too old to be looking around for a tiny hat, his eyes not what they once were. He decides to sit and make the small being a hat, he's not very skilled at it, but he certainly enjoys making things, such as hats, since his retirement. He slowly plucks grass from around himself, folding and tearing them as needed, weaving them together for the being. The hat, woven from grass, and fedora in shape, seems finished until the old man rumbles out a small chuckle and plucks a few of his remaining feathers. He weaves some small rope for the base of the hat, linking his feathers into the weaves. Giving the hat small stylish feathers on the side, likely what they wore back in his time. He smirks, satisfied with his work, and slowly lowers the hat onto the being's head. Placing it gently with his thin frail fingers and giving a slight nod of approval.

Ines, creator that he is, was quick to start work on a hat and to perhaps take things a bit too far. 'A Hat with Feathers' was quite easily misinterpreted as 'a hat made of feathers' and so that was what Ines was going to make. It ended up having a shape similar to a top hat, except a bit more rough around the edges due to the material. It was sturdy enough to wear, and definitely had a large assortment of colored feathers, making a rainbow gradient of color up the top hat. "Ta-dah! One feather hat hot off the presses!"

Maui starts his day as any other day, needing to finish a lot of work. He easily profits from his lemongrass business. He is a farmer, BUT only for homemade lemongrass products, which makes it hard to drum up a whole lot of business. He has a thick stack of lemongrass in a small cart, which he is steering about, his normal trail is blocked by a log, so he takes another path. But where he ends up is strange he tries to turn back, but the way back only leads him nowhere, until he comes close to a little village,

Maui stops to ask for directions, only being told he must find Doom, and they'll have ALL the answer's he needs, he makes a gruff noise
"Pickleberrys gunna be SO worried when he comes home from work! I better git goin!" he harrumpfs and trots about,

As Maui's walking around looking for this ‘Doom’ Chicoon he notices something in the grass.
It's a gummy citizen! He's looking a little lost…

“OY, you there! Yeah, you the tall weird looking thing!
I dropped my hat and the wind blew it around a bit, it should be somewhere over here…. Do you happen to see it?”

It squeals at him! HES SO SMALL AND CUTE!~

"Ahhhh" Maui looks around and scratches his head, unhooking his cart and looking about, the gummy citizen sits upon Maui's back as he searches "AH! here it is!" Maui states looking up at a tree "Heres your hat, hmm, its in a tree, great" Maui gives a soft chuckle

"WELL! Dont just stand there! Go get it!" The gummy citizen pats Maui aggressively, and holds on,

Maui SIGHS loudly "Aight little fella"

"I AINT LITTLE!" he GASPS his voice is so high it sounds like he's on helium, Maui slowly climbs the try and pushed off, grabbing the hat with his mouth as he lands
on his paws!

"'ere ya go" he beams, proud of the help he did, and excited to tell pickle berry


"You broke it!" the gummy citizen Poutes. Maui looks, theres a small rip in the tiny hat, Maui turns and plucks a few of his green feathers and placing them against the hat, using a stand of lemongrass to bind it together, the hole is covered and he hands it back.

"ooH, now i have THE BEST HAT!" the gummy citizen beams and places the hat on "Thank ya stranger!" the citizen goes to walk off

"Wait!- Do you know where doom is?!" Maui yells after the gummy, but the gummy ignores him

"Great" Maui is left standing alone
"Wait til Pickleberry getsa load ah this!"
