about your trainer: Enoch is a new trainer the same as any other, or so he claims. One may find it surprising that a guy like him is interested in the bright, fun, adventurous world of pokemon training, as he appears the exact opposite of this - constantly tired looking and always wearing almost pure monochrome outfit, complete with a spiked necklace. Due to this, many passerbys have challenged him to a sudden battle because they think he's part of some villainous group; he just laughs at this, not confirming or denying anything. It's probably all a big joke, as Enoch is actually very kind towards pokemon. His best friend does work at a pokemon center after all, and Enoch helps his friend out by bringing in any sick or lost pokemon he finds while out and about.
Despite his ghostly goth vibes, he's actually a big fan of fairy type Pokemon!

about your trainer: When Crystal was little, her parents tried to encourage her to become a gym leader, like her father. They thought she should focus on the strongest and toughest Pokemon, and battling them against one another to compete. Instead, Crystal looked admiringly at those very same 'ferocious' Pokemon and imagined them engaged in dance routines with other, cuter and more innocent types. She believed that there was a place for every Pokemon in pageants, and wanted to make her mark on the world by orchestrating something beautiful.

Not only was she interested in such aesthetic aspects of Pokemon training, she also got quite a lot of expertise on the subject of berries. She started tasting every berry she could get her hands on as a little girl, trying a small bite of each one and writing about it in her diary. Now she can identify various berries by smell alone and knows the best recipes for Pokeblocks, Berry Powder, Poffins, Berry Juices, and Curry.

Crystal is a teenager now, and her parents have finally agreed to let her go off on her own Pokemon adventure. She's going to miss her parents' Pokemon at home when she goes away, but can't wait to start an adventure with a Pokemon of her very own!

about your trainer: A rather spoiled brat of an Unova transplant to Sinnoh. Boy does she have some culture shock goin' on. Then again, maybe history's just repeating itself, considering her grandparents immigrated from Azalea Town to Castelia CIty in their 30s. Was doing just fine in Unova until her pen-pal Fauna started her journey in Sinnoh and started bragging about it. Not about to be left behind, she applied for a trainer license and hopped on a boat. Now she's not only still behind, but in a perpetual state of complaint due to her lack of cold tolerance.

Good thing her friend Yumi back home doesn't mind the constant calls to whine about things.
