Dæmons

Dæmons are a unique species found on the outskirts of Hell, and born out of
the untamed chaos of the energy before anything began. As such, they are
unrefined, and not fully formed as most beings are. Often they are unintelligent
and their only instinct is to brutalise any opponents; eg. anything around them.

As such, they are completely solitary, and if they come across another Dæmon,
they will battle until one of them is dead. They do not breed, and they do not
have biological genders. They can assume different forms if they choose.

Since Dæmons do not breed, one would assume they are rare. This is not the
case. Dæmons spawn randomly from the chaos energy on the outskirts of Hell
and therefore the borders are often dangerous territory, full of battles for
supremacy between new and older Dæmons.
They don't actually need to eat or sleep. They do it for pleasure.

Important notes:
All Dæmons tend to be darker in colour, with occasional splashes of brighter or neon markings.
Really bright or light coloured Dæmons are hugely rare.

They switch from quadrupedal to bipedal when it suits them, and they can use their 'paws'
like hands if they want.

As half-formed beings, when they shapeshift, they can look like anything they choose,
but habitually prefer to stay in the darker colour range

Their eyes are always always pitch with no pupil and no iris
