hey! if you've not signed up here, you need to do that before getting a mayor! You just need to make a storage for your town on or off cs and then, when that's done, you can either reach out to someone or post on the fanclub saying you're looking to commission someone to make your mayor!
Then they can post here that they'll make your mayor with proof of your town and they'll be added to the oekaki!

Alternatively, they can make your mayor off oekaki and you can post here with approval from staff! (you can dm me or any other staff for approval of your mayor as long as you post the form on the mayor registration!)
