These two probably met through work tbh. Alastor is the king of a fallen kingdom and Devorak works with potions and alchemy. He probably hired Dev during the early stages of the wars between kingdoms and they ended up really enjoying one another's company. Alastor's spore curse was the main focus of his studies but he also aided with medical training and other little things here and there. They got married despite the lack of royalty within Devorak's bloodlines and they're very happy together, now living in a reborn version of their first kingdom.

While Ryoma had been alive for hundreds of years, as a monk previously, he had sworn to not be involved in any sort of romantic life. However, for the first time in his life, seeing Anna made his heart stop and his hard, stern facade break for just a moment.
Eventually he just kept returning to Anna's bakery under the guise of wanting more delicious bread, before Anna ended up asking him out herself! Then after grueling months of Ryoma slowly breaking down his walls, he asked Anna to marry him, and they've been happily married for quite some time, and have a daughter as well, named Hinata.
