Two seperate tails are considered rare. But if the tail splits halfway down then its still one tail so long as where the base of the tail connects to the spine, is only one piece! Hope this cleared things up!

Yes, a Kalon can have two custom edited tails. However, it would count as two different edits. For instance, the fact that there are two makes it Rare, and then if those tails are not the official standard lines that makes it a Common Tail edit was well. I hope that answered your question? ^^
