While it would be fine for you to send payment in their stead;
you should also ask the artist if they haven't received payment for sure - as sometimes we don't immediately update that a batch has been paid for until an owner is declared. But if for some reason the batch is not paid for - then we'll figure out something to ensure it gets paid. c:

No, we do not have a discord. I'm afraid we likely never will, as collectively the staff doesn't want to deal with the potential for drama and strife to arise there.
As G1 said above, we do not and don't intend to. A discord server brings the possibility of a lot of drama and would require constant monitoring (to ensure fairness, no one breaking rules, no bullying, etc) - this would be really hard to upkeep to the level that would make our staff comfortable with opening one. That being said, we've weighed the possibility numerous times but each time we've determined that it is best we refrain from it. c:
