Actually there are just a lot more of them now, as we're trying to let everyone have a chance at a dA adopt instead of just the maybe 2 a month that happened, out of the first three pages, if you look, there are 12 UFA that are reg adopts and 6 that are dA adopts. (just the first three pages, and not counting the customs that are there.)

Earn points by making adoptable designs on dA for points, purchase points via cash or pay for the viscet with cash as that is an option, or just try out for regular adoptables instead of the dA ones. c:

I have a question about the one viscet per month rule: if you win an RU, does it count in the month that it was announced you won it, or in the month it was made?

The RU counts for the date the contest you got the RU was made, if that makes sense? XD

I have a question regarding mutations when breeding. Say I had two Viscets with no mutations and I breed them together. Aside from the two chanced traits, would I be allowed to purchase penn diagram potions to roll for traits that I want?

Yes, Penn Diagram potions may be purchased for additional chances (x2 or x3, depending on what you purchase) to roll a chanced trait of your choice. For example, you may purchase a penn x3 for minor mane mutation, which will give you three extra rolls to chance that specific trait. However, there is no guarantee that you will get that mutation, as it all depends on how the numbers roll (from random.org, for chance rate see the nursery inheritance and chances).
