Is there still the rule saying that we can't keep siblings? I've looked for where I used to see it, but no longer see it mentioned anywhere. XD

If the rule is still in effect, what applies as 'siblings'? Aka, pups from the same litter, pups with a common parent, and/or pups with the same parents but from different batches?
