correct me if I'm wrong but
i was told it was used for if the same simas bred together for their other five breedings so it rewards them with a sixth breeding? QwQ I don't think you have to use it though

Soulmate perk is entirely optional. if you use the same mate for your intitial 5 breedings, then you get the soulmate perk (sixth breeding) as well.
