If you go to the front page, you'll see that underneath the cover art are many plumerians. Click on one and read the first post for instructions on how to adopt one. You will have to try out for one, you cannot request one or buy one.

char is busy with their life, as well as the advent, judging other contests, and running this species in general. There were tons of forms, and from what I saw, tons of amazing artists, so it's probably extremely challenging to choose GA's from the applicants. I imagine that char will announce them as soon as they are able to judge the forms entered, and let us know <3
