I'm a little confused on the adopting part of Flox. I read the rules, and it kept mentioning a key that one can get during an event on live stream or join.me. We don't need the key to adopt a Floc, right? I can just fill out the form?

No, you don't need a key. But if you're on a join me and you find a key you get a free floc right away c:
