In order to adopt a baby Pseudodragon you must find a clutch in which the owners have decided to let others try to adopt the babies. Right now these cuties are open but it ends tomorrow and you'd need a partner to enter.

Unfortunately there are not any other babies up for adoption, so you'll either have to wait until another clutch is, or head on over to the main thread to adopt an adult
