licenses only add onto the base limit. When you order a new license, you discard the old one, and add the new one to the base amount. You can't add licenses together

So, Bel and I discussed something. Without all you guys, we never would have made it to the 100 SR mark. So, because without you all, we wouldn't have reached this mark, we're going to allow EVERYONE to try out for the special celebration SRs, regardless of the limit. The celebration SRs will NOT count toward your limit, as we want everyone to have a chance at them. They'll even have a special section in the archives so they don't get confused with the regular SRs
