I really want a mutato but dont know how to adopt one. I went to the thread but it was confusing.

Trying out for a mutato is actually quite easy. All you have to do is click on a design you like, (make sure it's still open, there's an end date on the first post and also a list of open adopts on the first page.) read what the person wants, (your username, a name for the mutato and the reason, and something extra.) and then post on that board all the information. The best applications wins the mutato. You can try out for more then one as well, but you can only win 5 in all. Everything you need to know if on the first page as well.

Also, another question; I hope you don't mind... The website I'm posting it on does not allow images from DeviantART so I reupload it { Meaning the animated Mutato } on something else { Though I DID say that I did not make it and credited }

May I show my Mutato to people on another website? c: As in, Either The mutato animation Itself and/or just the base of it? { As in, base Pattern sheet; I drew the base so... }
Also, am I allowed to edit my Mutato's animation to add items?
And, one more question; The mutato design Sheet, am I allowed to edit it to make it into a solid drawing if If want? Like, not the mutato itself, but show the full of the drawing? { Like I said, it is my drawing/design ^^ Not anyone else's design }

It's fine to show Mutatoes on another site, just make sure to link to either the main thread or to my deviantArt (http://akai-umi.deviantart.com/)

I'm not sure what your last question is but, if you're asking whether you may turn your Mutato design into an actual Oekaki piece that can be posted outside of the adoptable thread, I don't see any problem with that.
I will not however, make Mutatoes that do not use the bases I provide
