Not usually, although I believe you can use one of your adopt slots up to make one? As in, instead of two adopts, 1 adopt and one runner-up. Correct me if I'm wrong ^^

Okay, since I already have a custom {{from before}} could I make two adopts and one of them has one runner up? Just wondering because im not sure ^^

Depends on the artists, its really up to them which customs they choose to do. Remember not to post them till they are open, though.
