If one was to get banned on CS, but was fairly active on the JBDFC, would they still be allowed to own their dragon but not try out for any other dragons? But can still get gifted them?

For the most part, I'm going to say no. If you were bad enough to get banned from CS, you certainly do not deserve to own JBD or collect new JBD.

LEAVING CS, voluntarily, however, is a different story.

So if we left CS voluntarily, we can keep our beans? Sorry if I should know this, I'm just a little confused right now. >.<

Yes if you left CS voluntarily you can keep your beans. ^^ They are your characters, after all.

It's just if you are banned there is a certain moment where we're just like- "Do we want this user to stay with us if they can't even handle CS?" Obviously not the same thought process, but you get the idea.

Just be sure to notify us if you are keeping your beans, it's confusing sometimes if we don't know if they are actually taken with or left behind with CS, because it varies per user.

I already know that JBDs must have at least two stripes on the tail and that the striped can be placed anywhere on the tail but my question is, the the stripes have to go all the way around the tail, or is it okay for the to just go most of the way, a little over halfway, etc?

Forgive me for asking, but I'm just curious. Can't they go vertically on the tail too, not just horizontally? I think I've seen Hiccup do this with a few beans they designed, like with the recent koala bean.

Short tail beans can lack the rings altogether.
Generally, they circle the tail completely, though occasionally there is an exception in the way they are oriented.

I'm not sure if this belongs here, and if it's not, I truly apologized.

For some reason I'm not allowed into the JBD Fanclub. It tells me that I have invalid info, but I was able to log in fine before. It's still sending me emails and I'm attempting to get in but I can't.
