yes they are c: You get a special grey name to let people know that you don't have one, and sometimes it helps! People on the FC are very kind and lately I've felt like they gifted beans to non-owners rather than friends. uvu

Anyway, yes, you can still join and talk with everyone!

Forgive me if this isn't the place to ask for this help but I'm desperately looking for artists that do JBD art that are active, meaning easy to contact and talk with over a short time. I'm wishing to get art of my JBD Eden but seem to be having this trouble :c

Well, seeing as there is a night background, I don't see a problem with it XD
I'm guessing they are just like people in that respect, mostly day dwellers, with a few who choose to sleep during the day instead, either by choice, or work, or many other reasons.

If you own a JBD who came as an adult, are you allowed to color in Child/Teen refs for him/her as well? As In, people are usually added to their JBD's picture so they can add items; may they also do teen and child refs, or is that not allowed?

Nope. Horn, tongue, and nail colors do not count towards the 4 color rule. xP

You can color them in as a teen/child to show how they looked like at that particular stage, yup. You just can't de-age them. xD Which I know isn't what you're asking, but just pointing that out anyways.

I dont think there is a problem with coloring in a teen/child ref for your dragon, as I once did it before. c:
