No, there is not a 'Form'. But here is what i wrote for it.

~ If you wish to breed you must contact the person whom you wish to breed your Taiga with and both agree in doing so. Once that is settled, you must post here the informations of the Breeding and show me the two Taiga's via Link to them.
~I will post here when I have completed the Newborn(s) for all to see.

I only have Blaze,and now, he is not for breeding sorry ^^ You would need to ask someone else for a breeding. Try out to ask a another Owner
