I have a question, how many are GA's allowed to make? I read over the page but I guess I might've missed it.
Also, since I already have a Myni, and I have a custom slot as a GA, could I still make myself a custom or do I have to adopt it out?

Customs
When you get a GA slot, you have an option to make yourself a custom, this is only available if you do not already own a myni and it is your first time as GA. If you decide to make an adoptable or adopt out the custom or gift it away, you CAN NOT make another later on.

To answer your other question water, you can only make one for adoption C: I might change this later if they become more popular in the future.
