Well first, you gotta find a JMD you really like (well..... your JMD really likes!). I would start out with sending love notes. If you get some back, you'll know another JMD likes you. Blah blah blah. xD Then if you want your JMD to become mates with that JMD, then you could PM them and talk about it.

Atleast, thats how I would do it.
