When/if I decide to start using the survey, I'll close it when this is closed, so it'll stop me from getting forms when I'm closed too. Just leaving it open for now so people can see how it looks and decide if I should use it or not.

Alright, mainly just talking to myself here to decide on whether to use it or not. X3 And I probably won't make it optional. That would just make things too complicated, in my opinion.

Pros:
-Better organized, multiple choice answers, etc.
-No delay in getting answers from coppa'd members. I've missed a few forms here because of that. =/
-Can be closed when I'm closed.
-Less clutter on both the first post, and the rest of the thread.

People who like it: |||

Cons:
-You have to go offsite to use it. (I've had someone mention they wouldn't want to)
-You can't save drafts without posting like you can here.
-You can't read over the form when it's closed.
-Harder to contact users when it's done. (Maybe ask them to post here if they send in a survey?)

Some solutions to the cons?
-If you will not go off site, then use this special form and order through someone else? Or PM it to you? You could set up like a list of one or two staff who would be willing to order one for someone else since they cannot leave CS?
-Tell people what is on the form and they can save the info somewhere else to copy/paste later?
-Solved by the above. Say what's on the form on the front.

I've kept track of how many people are for/against it, and it's exactly even now, including my vote for it.
...I'm thinking I'll probably do it. ^^; It makes things easier for me, and I am doing this for free. If anyone really doesn't like it, then they don't have to order. If it causes a lot of problems I can always change it back.
I'll fix up the first page now. I'll open again once I'm done. =3
