hello my dearies!!

i'm opening breedings for same-sex, in-character pairs only. so long as you have not already had two same-sex breedings this month, you may enter! however, i would much rather give those with in-character same-sex pairs a chance to get babies for their families than those who may want to use the new same-sex breedings as a way to get prettier foals, so i will be requiring a minimum of 50 words writing and/or 1 art piece of your pair to showcase their relationship.

this is not on a first-come-first-serve or raffle basis, so please don't feel rushed to write about or draw your pair. i'll be taking on as many tickets as i believe i'll be able to complete to give everyone the highest chance at getting babies for same-sex couples. that being said, my tablet is currently broken (but i'm working very hard on getting it fixed), so i can't guarantee when these foals will be completed. rest assured i will get to them as soon as i am able, but if you are not willing to wait please do not enter for this opening.

Additional info;; i just got buzzkill recently but canonically, these two old husbands have been together for quite a long time and i really want to use this month's special to give them a kid!! they are both quite reserved and introverted stallions, but while roger is always totally relaxed and laid back and doesn't care about anything, buzzkill gets a little passive aggressive and could shake his head all day because of the stupidity of other horses on their farm. roger often teases him about it and tries everything to make his rather grumpy partner laugh - which he always successfully manages to do. they love nothing more than to spend time with one another and will refuse to leave the other's side if you tried to seperate them for five minutes.

Additional info;; It's a wonder how their relationship works because they are complete polar opposites. Peep is a shy, closeted mare. She's very on the down low. Mango on the other hand, well... that's a different story. Mango is extremely outgoing and very extroverted. But when they met it was love at first sight. They love going on trail rides together and Peep loves to romanticize everything. Mango is less lovey but she shows affection towards Peep and only Peep. They've been together for a few years and they deserve a foal in my opinion.

sacha and florence are canonically girlfriends! for some backstory, my euphorians are in a realistic storyline wherein they possess the ability to communicate amongst themselves in the manner that humans do, but they cannot communicate to their human partners. sullen stream stable began as a small initiative to bring the isolated community together through the common hobby of horsemanship. much of the town now boards their horses at sullen stream, including the aggressively competitive and renowned polo team comprising of euphorians like sacha, florence, magnolia, and enterprise.

sacha and magnolia were the progenitors of the sullen stream polo team, and when florence was added later on, sacha shared very little interest in the mare outside of their working partnership. florence, on the other hand, was a friendly teammate both on and off the field. she endeavored to foster a team that could work intuitively by having close relationships. still, despite florence’s effort, the two did not truly hit it off until they began competing in higher-level polo events. it was then that sacha’s interest was piqued by florence’s drive and talent —something that she could tangibly appreciate. from there on, florence’s effort towards friendship with sacha blossomed! the eventual ascent into a romantic partnership gradual and fluid.

the two suit each other well. though sacha is aloof to strangers and acquaintances, she has majorly opened up to florence since their friendship originally began. the two get along like clockwork since they began mutually working together towards getting along. florence is a constant undercurrent of warmth and dedication; sacha brings intensity and intrigue to the relationship. the two most often spend their time in their mutual work, polo, but enjoy volunteering in search-and-rescue practices and events as well as exploring the sullen stream property with no aim but adventure.
