Examples of your art: This is one I drew by free-hand. By far one of my best.
This is a custom-made line art that I've colored in.
This is Shenzi, my serval character and one of my better color-ins.
Another color-in. I've added a little bit of shading.
Yet another color-in. His wings, eyes and horns are not complete, but I love how his body turned out.
I love how the feather turned out on this one.
As you can see, I do a lot of color-ins. I feel pretty comfortable doing art on Oekaki just so long as I have a line art to color in. I can't do major line edits, only small ones, like adding an earing or a simple necklace.

Why do you want to be an artist?: I would like to be an artist for two reasons.

The first reason is because I want to improve on my artistic skills. I feel that being a part of an adoption center can help me become a better artist, and therefore make each adoptable I make even better.

The second reason why I'd love to become an artist is because I love the species. I'm a huge fan of foxes, and I love the idea and look to Chikyusunes. I want to help you out, since so far you're the only artist, and promote these wonderful creatures by creating wonderful adoptables.

Other: I will admit that I'm not the best artist out there, but I know that with each drawing I do, I'm learning something new. I want to help the CK species and make them the best that they can be. I want to improve as an artist and help you out. I've already applied for my first CK, #10, and I'm falling farther in love with the species with every adoptable I see.

I understand if you turn me down because you're looking for more experienced artists, so thank you for this opportunity, and best of luck with CK Adopts.

Why do you want to be an artist?:
Well, it gets boring here on CS with nothing to do, and I can only get so many trades a day. I have been looking for a new species, besides the one me and my BFF run together, to pass the time. I have a feeling these will get popular, and I don't want to be part of the staff so I'm popular. I just want to be part of the staff so that I can help keep these active. I have great design idea in mind, and would love to show you what I can do. :3

Why do you want to be an artist?:
I'd like to be an artist because this species is beautiful and seem very fun to color and/or edit. I've never been an artist for anything so I think this would be lovely to be my first, however I understand if you want someone with more experience.

I think this is the best way to help improve my art because it would be help me and reward others with whatever I make. c:

Other: All of the art I've done has been with a mouse, however my tablet arrives in about ~2 days so I'll be able to do more detailed things. c:
