100 words (minimum) about their territory/where their pride will be built/how they achieved this territory: The territory is a rather hilly area, strewn with vibrant grass and stunning wildflowers. There are pale stones scattered about the hills marking settlements within them, the lions' home. A small river runs near the far edge of the territory, splitting into smaller streams that scatter between the hills, and small ponds form at the end of the branches. Trees are sparse, only appearing near the edge of the territory as a border, per say, and the temperatures are often cool with brisk breezes.

Lion homes are dug out of the hills, creating dens that generate both privacy and shelter from the wind and harsh weather that wipes across the territory in the winter. The land was attained generations ago, and has been kept in the same line for several generations, up until recently when a rival pride has been causing trouble for them.

In the largest hill, the leader's den sits, as does the council room and healer den. While cubs are highly valued, the pride prefers to let cub-bearers handle their spawn individually, within their own dens. (179 Words)

finally, after so much hard work clearing out eons of rubble, the volcano was his. the soil was rich, and, as he walked around the small area around the dormant volcano, he noticed lots of small plants sprouting in the deserted clearing.
before the volcano erupted, there was most likely a blooming forest surrounding the mountain. now, for miles around, there was just charred grass and trees. the forest began several miles away from the volcano, now, and any trees that used to be here were either reduced to ash or dead. some dens may be built inside the volcano, but we'll save that for later.

100 words (minimum) about their territory/where their pride will be built/how they achieved this territory: The territory is split into two parts separated by a small creek branched from a larger river. The first part is where the pride sleeps and lives when they are not out hunting. It is an island that has a large hill and few trees, though there are three small clusters of trees that are used for sleeping areas. The other side of the creek is a large expanse of fields with tall grass and sparse trees that is used for hunting grounds. To the north, east and west of the island is a large river. North of the river is a dense forest and a cluster of mountains with a small river flowing through them from the north.

This young lioness and her mother were left without a pride when she was just a cub. Not long after her mother went hunting and never returned. She followed a river south as far as she could before meeting a group of mountains. With no real direction she continued to follow the small river. On the other side of the mountains was a river with an island just on the other side. Once she swam to it she inspected the island thoroughly and found nothing dangerous. She had decided this would be her new home, especially with fields of potential prey on the other side of a creek.
