RULES

✨ Follow all CS rules.
✨ Be patient, leaders are free and take time and artists can make adopts in the queue whenever they'd like to.
✨ Please make a thread, tumblr, toyhouse or archive for your Clan/Tribe/Group
✨ You can adopt as many cats as you want. They always belong to you, and FOS staff will not make an attempt to police what you do with them off-site unless they directly break FOS rules while in the ARPG. The designs, once adopted, are yours. You may use them however you want within CS rules.
✨ In the ARPG, the traits, appearance, gender, and personality of the cats are randomized; While the Gender may be changed to fit your story/character better, the personality cannot be changed.
✨ You cannot request specific traits, it is randomized.
✨ Everyone can run their Clan, Tribe, or Group however they want.

Follow Our Stars is a passion project that wishes to be at least a little better than some of the other WCARPGs and Closed Communities on CS that ended up becoming a toxic, cliquey wasteland.

Using a randomizer people can adopt and grow Clans, Tribes or differently labeled cat Groups.
Everybody gets one FREE starting leader that is randomized and is the leader of their Clan, Tribe, or Group.

By default the Cats will be labeled as:
- Leader
- Deputy
- Medicine Cat
- Warriors
- Apprentices (Med cat & Warrior)

Users are encouraged to customize their clans. You may change the rank within the story of your clan!
For example you may add ranks, have multiple Deputies / leaders.

"What does my randomized cat get?"

The cats you get, even the Founders, are randomized up to the name.
They will get:

- A Name [ Kit name - Apprentice name - Adult name - Leader name]
[A Tribe name will be added as well based on the clan name they get.
Example: Deepfoot -> Foot that is Deep in Marsh ]
- Looks [Coat length, markings & color - Eye color - Tail length - random mutations
- Rank [Mentioned above]
- 3 personality traits [A LONG list is available to make interesting characters]
- 3 Skills [1 Guaranteed good - 1 Good OR BAD - 1 Guaranteed bad]

GETTING CATS

There are different ways of gaining cats, you may choose to apply for any of the open adopts on the thread, join patrols, write stories, or even find a secret on the page!

A leader may only be requested once per person.

Most important rule: Have fun, and be yourself! This is meant to be a safe space for everyone.

I'm going to be lenient on what counts as randomized, as I can't code very well so there is no randomizer at the moment.
What counts as randomized is at least one good personality trait and one bad personality trait, and skills cannot be all excellent or all terrible.

I'm also gonna be super lenient on patterns. They don't have to be realistic or even real coat patterns as long as they're at least similar to a real coat pattern.

Fur length can be decided by asking Google to give you a random cat breed for now.
