hi! i am mystic-canine and i get bored a lot. (i'm remaking this thread, mods please lock this)
i am offering free art because, uh... why not.
sorry but i can't draw humans, only animals.

anyway, my art style can change from time to time so please don't get mad if the art i draw for you is not as good as a example.
i have a few rules but they should be pretty simple.

-don't remove any signatures that i put on the art-
-do not claim that you created the art-
-please don't complain if it takes a while for me to do the art-
-do not post a form if the slots are filled-
-don't disrespect others if they fill in a form before you-

a few notes: if a char design is to hard i may need to simplify it
if you do not properly fill out the form you will be skipped.
