One concept of a design that might be easier to parse:
(Of course there could be a symbol key at the top of the page or summat.)
No matter the redesign, I'm just suggesting that anything be done to make the item archive more kind on the brain. Making the some test bold or italic or strikethrough, making things different fonts, adding symbols, anything to make it easier to navigate.
