Pound Suggestion: 'Loading' Time

With everything happening with the pound, I have an idea that may help not only lag, but those who are disabled. There's already a countdown to the pound, yes, but what if there was a second 'countdown' with the first page of pets already loaded?

For example: The pound countdown hits zero, then a second countdown starts. Let's say it's 10 seconds. The first page of your pets loads, and you can adopt one *after* the second 'countdown' of ten seconds.

Why I think this would help:
- Helps those who are lagging as it gives extra time for the pets to load
- Gives everyone a chance to look at the pets before people 'snatch' them up
- Those who are disabled whether visually, psychically, or otherwise can get a chance to actually get what they need

I personally have had issues with both lag and disability related problems regarding the pound, and I think this might be beneficial for many players of CS.

I think that's a great idea tbh It makes it easier for many people, those who have disabilities visually/physically, and those who are a bit late

its always a bit annoying getting onto the pound the second it opens and half of the first page is already claimed tbh

This would be so helpful, I can be a little slow with processing everything on the screen. The extra time would help massively.

honestly my wifi sucks when it comes to CS, and it takes forever to load the pound due to how many people are trying to access the same page
im also a little slow at processing what’s on the page and i have like a lag moment where idk what to do, so i feel as though this will help a lot of users with similar issues :D

i like this idea!! i like chickensmoothie, but i have autism/adhd and the pound can be kind of stressful. it lags, there’s not much time for me to process everything, i’m not good at making decisions (especially when i’m on the spot AND while a bunch of other people are making decisions), etc.
so i feel like a second countdown would put everyone on a more even playing field. it would give me time to make better decisions, make me less stressed, and might even benefit players who are late to the pound too!

I'm late to pound openings most of the time and when I do get there anything really good is already gone and mostly it's just stuff I either don't want/already have/or might get at some point as it's just a random missed outcome from a monthly litter. So having a short cooldown/wait sounds good

I support this!! My wifi/service is usually not good enough for the whole page to load the pets. Often times I just look for my wishlist star and grab one. Maybe this could help?

Please, this is absolutely necessary. By the time my page loaded for the pound just a few minutes ago, half of my first page of pets was already taken. This is getting ridiculous that it is not even possible to have a chance at the rarer pets
*edit, this is when I was directly on time for the pound, it took 5+ seconds to even load. I know people rant that the pound isn't meant to be a rare dispenser, and I understand that, but what I am upset about is that due to the lag there isn't a fair chance when a rare DOES come up.
