Adoption/Free Forums Time Rule

I have noticed an issue with the adoption forums-there is no rule about what time a center should operate off when requiring a time passage before adopting again.

Some people helpfully indicate 24 hours, twelve hours, rollover etc.

The issue is with those that simply say "one day", are operating off their personal time zone, and never put it in the rules.

So a user sends a second trade when CS rollover happens, or they've been to bed and gotten back up and it's a new day for them- and then surprise! they are blocked, striked, or sent a nasty message about how they were trying to be greedy.

My suggestion is that the forum rules for adoption boards be changed. You can either indicate a set amount of hours before next adoption (24, 12 etc) OR you must count your days in CS Time and indicate which CS hour the day resets.
