Site suggestion: stamps

I think it would be cool to be able to see other people's stamp collections, as there are exclusive stamps that only people who participated in events could receive. So there's a whole part of CS media and history that's just... forgotten if not on a user's public stamp signature display.

you can see someones stamps on their profile if they display them! if u mean their actual collections, i think that will cause a lot of unnecessary lag and no one would use it.
