suggestion: add the old shopkeeper back

I think many people would adore that, and I still don't know why they were removed? very cute little addition that got wiped away for some reason
for those who don't know:
the chickensmoothie store used to have a mascot in the center of it, they were removed in 2011 I believe, but everyone was upset about it back in the day, they are seemingly forgotten now

Some questions came to mind, did it belong to an artist that retired? An artist that left? If so, cs probably can't use it.

Perhaps the person that made it doesn't want to use it.
You could suggest a new one?

yeah it would be important to know which artist exactly drew him/who his art and design belongs to, so cs can avoid any problems. I can't find anything on who made him either, or if he's one of Tess' old designs she might not want him to see the light of day again D:

But whether its him or even a brand new npc I'd actually be happy to see a cute little shopkeeper back in the store! It'd add to the feeling of the site

It looks to me like the little dude was drawn by Malk, considering that after her retirement her lines are only used occasionally for milestones such as birthday litters, this doesn't surprise me edit bc I'm wrong as proven by the reply below lol <3 I barely remember the shopkeep, wow! I'd love to see him back or replaced, sounds like a good excuse to get the community involved in a rotating banner maybe?

This guy used to be the C$ store mascot, they were introduced in 2009 but eventually taken off the page around 2011 for reasons not known. The artist is Lawliet
