i'm not going to deny that cs has made some really great steps in terms of allowing users to curate their experience on the site, such as making sure that user profiles aren't visible to people you've blocked and obscuring all artwork done by aforementioned blocked users. that being said, i noticed that featured art pieces are apparently exempt from this feature. although there's only a small chance every week that a blocked user could get featured (assuming they use oekaki at all to begin with), i still feel like this undermines the block feature a little bit.
personally, this issue doesn't affect me much at all, but i acknowledge that this can be extremely upsetting to some users. as such, i'd love to see the site get tweaked a little so that users will see a similar image to the one below if a blocked user gets featured! i feel like this would patch up the little exception and allow users a more comfortable experience on the site.
