"New" for Homepage?

With the new feature of having a "New" tag attached to the Adopt button made me think how it could also be useful to have the same thing for the Home button when there's new news available. I can see myself missing a lot of non-adopt tab news now that I'm not needing to constantly go check the news for adoption releases.

Support! I check the news tab daily to see if there are any new updates, and it would be nice to have a feature that lets you know when there is a new news post. :^)
