CS suggestions; oekaki tools, ping, react feature

ping feature;
a little thing by 'my posts' or 'trades' etc thats basically just
where you can check ur pings. could be on a forum post,
adopt, or something else. i know when i enter for an
adopt i usually forget about it, but with the ping feature
the host could ping the winner. or, if someone made a comic
and somebody wanted to be notified when there's a new page,
the people on the 'ping list' could be pinged.

react feature;
you're able to react with an emoji to a post/pm.
like, a little heart if someone compliments your
drawing, or a laughing emoji @ a funny post.
