Suggestion: Night Mode Theme - Poll - WIP 1st post

On mobile my phone automatically converts my internet browser to a night mode, but there's some things that don't work properly so there's random bright parts. Would love this for mobile and a CS app lol.

Agree to dark mode for CS mobile, However, I believe that suggestions for an app got turned down before since the mobile version works good enough that there would be little to no difference in an app version. Not to mention how much it’d cost.

I recently found a browser add-on that switches all websites to night mode (but individual sites can also be toggled on/off). I think what it does is it just overrides all custom font colors to make them certain light colors that work well against a dark background, and it applies this change to all websites.

This is fine for a lot of websites, but it makes CS look very sad and also makes the navigation and various borders disappear lol (for the navigation, I think it's because the navigation is actually a background image and the foreground images are just transparent images but the add-on turns all transparent pixels in images to non-transparent black )

As an avid gamer who always plays in the dark/at night it's like a flash-bang coming on the site after playing a game.
Just having a nice dark mode that is easy on the eyes would be helpful.

please please please. like, the halloween theme colors are perfect, i just wish there was a version like.. without the halloween theme, if that makes sense? get rid of the spooky stuff n i'd be in heaven. i'm not a fan of the other dark themes, and the default green hurts my eyes sometimes

Agreed!
All other themes are kinda hurtful on my eyes lol.

I've already posted here but I feel like more people should see this, as I'm sure there are plenty more people who think this would be a great idea!

as an autistic person with severe sensory issues, i have the Halloween theme on 24/7. i would LOVE a night mode
