Resize the Signature Preview Suggestion -Implemented

i absolutely support this! simple, smaller signatures may be more popular nowadays, but for those who want to code signatures which push the size limit (such as the one i did the other day), the smaller preview box is but a hindrance. having to switch between my signature edit tab and a tab with one of my posts on it can be annoying, and i would honestly rather not be wandering around the site with a wip signature attached to all of my posts. it's likely an easy fix as there is some code out there that fixes the preview box, though not everybody can use it.

support! i find it annoying when you make a sig that looks fine in the preview then you submit it and it's all messed up from the different size. :\

Signature preview size will now match the typical width seen in desktop browsers (739px)
