http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

You can download Firefox from there, if you're fine with downloading another browser C: doesn't take long, from what I remember

I don't really think 3 browsers is a good idea for one computer...

I have three browsers; some people have more XD It's useful, really, because a lot of internet issues (display, loading, etc) are present in only one or two browsers and not another xD (it varies with each problem)

Of course, if your computer is old and/or slow as a snail, then three browsers isn't a good idea xD But if your computer is relatively fast and/or relatively new, then having three browsers is nice C:

IE messes up a LOT of things (horrible, really), but some people like it better than others; the latest version is relatively fast if you don't have too many additional toolbars on it

Chrome is fast once you get past the slow stage, but it also eats up quite a bit of your computer's CPU usage from what I remember; a lot of people tend to have Oekaki problems with Chrome

Firefox is pretty fast but can get slow if your computer is old and/or you have a lot of personalization and/or you have a lot of tabs open. (Of course, I have over 90 tabs open at any given point, and firefox gives me no problems XD; )

I have no experience with other browsers on a computer xD; and keep in mind that different people have different experiences with browsers ^^ for example, my Chrome is inexplicably slow despite being new and having pretty much nothing on it, while others' Chrome browsers are even faster than Firefox. It depends on your computer, I guess ^^;

The browser wouldn't be the problem since there are plenty of users using Chrome and Explorer that do not have this issue. Please stop trying to convince someone to use another browser when theirs is up to date.

I asked those questions because those are the usual questions that Nick asks when he is trying to figure out what happened. By trying to give him all the information he needs to figure it out, it would make finding the glitch faster.

I think you will just have to wait for him to see this.

Nick is aware of the problems that a couple of users have reported with the items, but he is not sure what's causing it so he's unable to fix it currently. As NSJT says, users with the same browsers don't have the same problem so it's not likely to be the browser causing the issue. Until we can work out what is the cause of the problem, we can't fix the problem.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience it is causing for you and other users who may be affected by the problem, but as much as we'd like to fix it, there is nothing we can do about it right now.
