I have no clue whether this is a thing yet, or there is a very similar function out, but I’d appreciate any feedback with this suggestion. On with this suggestion, with the assumption it does not exist:
SUGGESTION I’d like to suggest the option to hide threads of others. To explain it better, you can block threads from the forums you don’t want to see, and it’ll only be hidden for you. This is to avoid seeing unwanted content, or things you’ve already seen before but not interested in.
EXAMPLE 1 For example, I’m always scavenging the design shop forums. There are lots of threads and I’ve seen a lot of them already. You see, primarily, I’m a humanoid character collector. And there are lots of shops that only design new feral designs, so it’d save me lots of next pages to click through if I hid them, yet is still visible to people who have not hidden this.
EXAMPLE 2 Another example I can include is mature blocks on Toyhouse. If you search through the character design shops, occasionally, will pop up a mature block, meaning you can’t view that TH. Annoying to many users who are below 18 and have a TH, would be nice to hide the thread from their view without a direct link.
HOWEVER There is the alternative to block a user to not see their thread (I assume), but I just don’t like that you know TT? Blocking a user to not see their content, but to not be able to speak and interact to them elsewhere.
