So this is 2/2 for ❤️Beach❤️ for my chibi edition oekaki shop!

This is there OC Bella and they were such a pleasure to draw. I hope you enjoy this drawing and I only have a few rules. The tail was really difficult to draw and the colors were a bit hard to work with in terms of getting the correct color and pattern, but I think it looks ok.
