HERE ARE SOME RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. If you want to enter you must ADD ME to your color in. Otherwise I won't be able to make cute lil babs TT^TT
2. Never remove the Signature, which is from BuzzAesthetic
3. That being said, all characters here must obey CS rules and Buzz's rules as well.
4. Any animal/creature/monster is allowed, it doesn't have to be a cat. Feel free to edit or draw whatever you need.
5. You will get first and second pick of the litter, (There will be anywhere from 3 to 4) and I will get the rest. If you don't want any of them then they will be auctioned off.
6. This is all free so please don't sell your characters for money or C$, but feel free to trade them.
7. LAST ONE: This is essentially fcfs, and I'll just choose the ones I like. Sorry if yours isn't picked.
